Our listed farm cottage is full of charm and character. Set on our working farm and part of the historic Prideaux-Brune estate, its location is perfect for guests looking for a coastal retreat.

The cottage has a bathroom downstairs, with a bath & shower over, washbasin, w.c., shaver point, hairdryer, heated towel rail & heater.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.

The sitting room has a three-seater sofa & two armchairs, a TV, DVD, radio/CD & an electric ‘wood burning’ style stove.
Hallway with coat hooks & space for wellies etc.

Yard Cottage has plenty of parking, a large lawned garden at the rear of the property with views over the Camel Estuary, a rotary clothes line, charcoal barbecue & garden furniture.

Because the cottage has steep stairs & the bathroom is downstairs it is not really suitable for people with mobility problems.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge but restricted to downstairs only.
