Yard & Garden Cottages are situated on the home farm of Tregirls. Only 1/2 a mile from Padstow, overlooking the estuary & a short walk to the beach at Harbour Cove. The stone built, listed farm cottages both have two bedrooms, parking & their own gardens each with a gas barbecue.

Garden Cottage sleeps 4/5.

The cottages comprise:
Downstairs:
Kitchen/Dining room; ceramic hob electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc., night storage heater. Sitting Room; TV, video & DVD player, music centre (CD, radio, cassette), Electric fire, night storage heater. Bathroom; Bath with shower over, washbasin, w.c., shaver point, hairdryer, heated towel rail & heater.
Upstairs:
Yard Cottage: Bedroom 1 - double bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed & two single beds, electric heater in both.
Garden Cottage: Bedroom 1 - twin beds, Bedroom 2 - double bed & z bed if required, electric heater in both.

Directions:
From Wadebridge, take the A389 to Padstow passing Tesco on the right, continue on the ring road & take the turning right, signposted Prideaux Place. Take the second turning left, Tregirls Lane. Follow the lane, under an arch & continue straight on to the end, where you will see the cottages.
