38, Church Street is situated in the old part of Padstow, opposite the parish church of St. Petroc. The cottage has three bedrooms, central heating & garden with a gas barbecue. A parking ticket is provided for parking in the town council car parks. Please use the Lawn or Station car park. Sleeps 6.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - king size bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed, Bedroom 3 - twin beds. Bathroom; Bath, shower, washbasin, w.c., shaver point, hairdryer & heated towel rail.

Directions:
Approaching Padstow on the A389 from Wadebridge, pass Tesco on the right, continue on the ring road & take the turning right, signposted Prideaux Place. Carry on to bring you straight into Church Street, No. 38 is on the left opposite the church.
